As crazy as it sounds, we have found that Rusty has to "like" his groomer. Kara is definitely an animal lover and the pets can tell. I hope PetSense will do everything they can to keep her happy and employed, because she is wonderful!!!!!
Angie is the best Store Manager. If she is out if our products she let me know why. She is great at suggestive sales. She get to know her customers
Love going in & just shopping.
A little expensive, but great selection for dogs, if you have a cat then you are extremely limited here. The entire store is devoted for dogs, save for one small shelf for cats. Not only that, but their cat stuff is twice the price of what the grocery store in the same parking lot carries the same products for.
Kara groomed our dog, Jackson. She took extra time to ease his jitters and make him comfortable. I was very pleased with the way he looked and the care he received. We will be back!

We moved to Mt. Pleasant a year ago and we tried several groomers before we finally found Kara at PetSense. She listened closely to what we wanted and took the time to view photos. She did an awesome job on our 87 pound goldendoodle, Rusty!!
